function rockRise
universe/src/scatter.ts:189
rockRise(radius: number, angularity: number) → number
How far a rock stands above its own center, meters.
Its half-extent along the local vertical, and it is not its radius: a rock is flatter than it is wide, and the elongation is per instance because the four shapes are near-spherical by construction. The angular ones are squatter than the rounded, which is what a broken block lying on its widest face is.
Here rather than in the renderer that applies it, because the seat and the
sink are both spent against it and a second spelling would let the three
drift. scatterField scales the instance by exactly this.
