function blackbodyColor
universe/src/catalog/photometry.ts:404
Linear sRGB for a blackbody at temperature, normalized so the brightest
channel is 1.
Normalized rather than absolute because brightness is the renderer's business — it comes from luminosity and distance, and multiplying it into the color here would make a distant O star and a nearby M star indistinguishable after exposure. Values can leave [0,1] before normalization: the Planckian locus runs outside the sRGB gamut at both ends, and clamping is a gamut mapping the tone mapper should own, not this function.
