Whether a body turns once per orbit, within a percent.
A percent rather than an equality: Luna's sidereal month and its rotation period agree to about a part in 10⁵ and a charted body's agree exactly, but nothing guarantees either, and a lock reported only on an exact match is a lock that is never reported.
