ladderField(latticeSeed: number, levels: readonly CraterLevel[], firstIndex: number, grammar: SurfaceGrammar, direction: Vec3, extra: number, chord: ChordForm) → number
The same walk over any ladder, starting at any rung number.
firstIndex is the rung's position in the body's whole ladder, and it is
what the lattice hashes on — so a rung is the same rung whichever list it
arrives in. micro.ts continues the ladder below the canonical wavelength
floor and hands its rungs in with their real numbers; passing zero would give
an 8 m crater the draws of the body's largest basin.
