interface SaveThrusterProfile
A maneuvering entity's drive, as the save carries it.
Structurally the physics package's ThrusterProfile, declared here rather
than imported for the reason WireRailsEpoch is: the wire form is its own
declaration, and persistence holds the two to each other where it can see
both. Carried whole because the profile decides the next tick — v2 reduced
it to hasThrusters and the restore put the debug ship's numbers back, so
a save of any other ship restored a different ship.
