The same radius from loose numbers, for a body that does not exist yet.
solar/system.ts derives a grammar and a tidal proxy from a SolarBody,
which is a table row rather than a Body, and surfaceGrammar runs inside
the generator where the moon being described is half-built. Two spellings of
the formula above is how the dossier's density row shipped Phobos at
1.08 g/cm³, so there is one — the same reason tidalProxyOf and
classifySurface exist beside their Body-shaped callers.
