The star catalog this world is generated against.
A second generation input alongside the seed, and required to be explicit
for the reason docs/design/galaxy.md Rule 1 gives: the catalog changes
when astronomy publishes, and a universe that changed silently underneath a
save would invalidate every address in it. Defaults to SOL_ONLY_CATALOG,
which is one star and no claims — enough for a test, and a working if much
emptier galaxy for a host whose catalog asset failed to load.
