MICRO_DETAIL_FLOOR

const MICRO_DETAIL_FLOOR: Meters

The shortest ground wavelength the presentational field carries, meters.

A meter, because that is the spacing the mesh is asked to reach and a feature needs two samples to exist. It is what surfaceDetailFloor walks down to and therefore what sets how many patches a landing generates: measured, dropping it from the canonical eight to one moves the floor by one to four levels across the zoo — and by ten on Europa, which is the shape of the answer rather than an outlier, because a body young deleted the canonical crater population from had nothing at any scale below its ice bands.

Below it the ground is per-pixel in the material and nothing meshes it.
