Whether two listings would draw the same panel.

The survey rebuilds every row it answers with, so a poll that re-reads an unchanged sky still hands its subscriber a fresh array — and in React a fresh array is a re-render of every row in the catalog, at the poll rate, forever. This is the bail-out: everything a row displays is compared, and distance alone is not, because it is the raw measure that moves by meters every sweep while distanceText — the thing a reader sees, at the resolution that matters — holds still. A listing whose every text is unchanged has moved less than the text can say, and the stale raw number kept with it is wrong by less than that.
