Open-ocean reflectance in linear sRGB — a few percent, blue. Measured off the mid-Pacific in orbital photographs, not off the albedo map, whose "ocean" is bathymetry data wearing water's color. The one number the sphere, the ground and the sheet start from where a record names no liquid, so a photographed sea is the same blue from every distance.
