function drawnSurfaceRadius
universe/src/terrain.ts:631
The radius of the surface as it is drawn, including elevation and any ocean.
surfaceRadius's presentational twin, and the one a camera that has to stand
two meters above the ground the viewer can see must use. Standing against
surfaceRadius on a body whose tail lifts the ground by up to 0.66 m and
cuts it by 0.8 puts the eye a third of the way to the drawn plain in one
place and inside a crater rim in the next, which is the divergence made
visible in the one picture this phase is judged from.
The contact test keeps surfaceRadius. Physics may not depend on a term the
renderer is free to change.
