Every name the world can be searched by, for a caller building an index.
The catalog's own search is exact-then-prefix-then-substring over
normalized keys, which is right for a console and short of what a search box
wants: a typo, two words out of order, or a planet's name. Ranking those is
the job of a fuzzy matcher, and a matcher wants a flat list of strings. This
is that list — every designation of every catalog star, the sky's included,
and the name of every body in every loaded system — each paired with the
address the match should open. The matcher never sees the world; the world
never sees the matcher.
Bodies only from loaded systems, because a body has no name before its
system is generated. That is a real limit and searchIndexVersion says
when it moves.
