WireRailsEpoch

The epoch a coasting entity is propagated from (ADR-0025), in its frame.

Saved because it is canonical: a world that dropped it and re-anchored on load would continue on a different rounding of the same conic, and the round-trip hash would say so. The frame is the entity's own and is not repeated here.
